IMAP 2nd Combined Convocation Programme of Events 2023
ISA MUSTAPHA AGWAI POLYTECHNIC (IMAP) CONVOCATION PROGRAMME OF EVENTS.
- Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic, Lafia, Nasarawa State, invites the public and graduates to its 2nd Combined Convocation Ceremony. The week-long event features special prayers, project commissioning, a pre-convocation lecture and exhibition, culminating in the convocation ceremony on March 22, 2023,
The convocation festivities commence on Friday, March 17, 2023, with a special Jummat prayer at 1:30 pm at the Polytechnic’s Central Mosque. On Sunday, March 19, 2023, an interdenominational prayer service takes place at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Ombi I, Lafia, beginning at 8:00 am.
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, attendees will witness the commissioning of projects at 9:00 am, followed by a pre-convocation lecture and exhibition at 2:00 pm at the School of Environmental Studies Lecture Theatre.
Finally, the main event, the Convocation Ceremony, is scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2023, starting at 9:00 am at the Polytechnic’s Open Field. The Executive Governor of Nasarawa State and Visitor to the Polytechnic, His Excellency, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule, will be the special guest of honor.
In light of this announcement, students are reminded to resume their academic activities on Monday, March 20, 2023, without fail.
