Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (FEDPOLYADO) Post-UTME Form for 2022/2023 Academic

This is to inform the public that the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (FEDPOLYADO) Post-UTME Form for 2022/2023 Academic is out check the details below.

All applicants who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and obtained a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2022/2023 UTME. In addition to the above, applicants must possess five (5) O’ level subject requirements at Credit level in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE and NABTEB.

  1. Any applicant applying with NABTEB (NTC) for Courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must in addition to the five (5) O’level subjects in (i) above, possess a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA), and not Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies, etc. While applicants applying for Business related Courses can use NABTEB (NBC). For the avoidance of doubt, NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) is not accepted in the School of Engineering. However, the Department of Mechanical Engineering accepts NABTEB (NBC) certificates with relevant core subjects.
  2. Applicants with NABTEB (General Education) can also apply for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT).
  3. Applicants should carefully consider the O’level subject requirements of the department they wish to apply for. Information on the O’level subject requirements can be found on the 2022/2023 Admission Application page.
  4. Applicants who scored 140 and above in the last UTME but did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as 1st choice Institution and are interested in changing to the Institution can do so.

d) Glass & Ceramic Technology The Minimum entry requirements into National Diploma (ND) in Glass and Ceramic Technology are Five (5) Credits passes in WASC/NECO/GCE O’level/ SSCE/NABTEB Examination at not more than two (2) sittings.

The subjects must include:

1. English Language;
2. Mathematics;
3. Chemistry;
4. Plus any two (2) of the following:
Physics, Geography, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, Wood-work, Further/Additional Mathematics, Metal-work, Biology, Agricultural Science, Animal Husbandry, Economics, Statistics, Data Processing/ ICT/Computer Studies, Carpentry & Joinery, Civic Education/Government, Entrepreneurship Education.

e) Statistics The Minimum entry requirements into National Diploma (ND) in Statistics are Five (5) Credits passes in WASC/NECO/GCE O’level/ SSCE/ NABTEB Examination at not more than two (2) sittings.

The subjects must include:

1. Mathematics;
2. English;
3. Any one (1) of the following:
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agric. Science, Animal Husbandry;
4. Plus any other two (2) of the following:
Statistics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Principle of Accounts/Book-keeping, Physics, Biology/ Agric. Science/Animal Husbandry, Economics/Commerce, Government/Civic Education, Data Processing/ICT/Computer Studies.

UTME Subject Requirements:

– English Language;
– Mathematics;
– And any one (1) from the basic science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agric. Science;
– Plus any one (1) of the following: Geography, Principles of Accounts, Economics, Government, Computer Studies, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agric. Science.

f) Science Laboratory Technology The Minimum entry requirements into National Diploma (ND) in Science Technology are Five (5) Credits passes in WASC/NECO/ GCE O’level/ SSCE/NABTEB Examination at not more than two (2) sittings.
(SSCE)/NABTEB.

The subjects must include:

1. Mathematics;
2. English ;
3. Chemistry;
4. Physics;
5. Plus any one (1) of the following:
Biology/Agricultural Science.

How to Apply for the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Form

Candidates must pay N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only) as a screening fee via the Remita platform.

  • Candidates should visit the Polytechnic students’ portal via http://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng to generate and print an application payment invoice.
  • After printing invoice, candidates can proceed to any bank of their choice with the invoice generated invoice and make a payment on the Remita platform.
  • Candidates can also make payment with their debit cards (Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page.
  • After payment, candidates should revisit the Polytechnic students’ portal via http://students.fedpolyado.edu.ng and fill the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip).
  • Candidates should endeavour to print copies of the application form and the acknowledgement slip after filling the form.
  •  Applicants should endeavour to send their details of O’level subjects to JAMB portal, in particular, the awaiting results candidates.
